A CBRE busca um(a) Analista de Compliance para apoiar a execução do Programa Global de Riscos, Ética e Compliance no Brasil. Esta posição atuará em parceria com o South Cone Regional Field Compliance Officer e com diferentes áreas de negócio, contribuindo para o fortalecimento da cultura de ética, integridade, conformidade e gestão de riscos da organização.

Principais Responsabilidades

✅ Atuar como principal ponto de contato operacional de Compliance no Brasil, promovendo a integração entre Compliance, Jurídico, Recursos Humanos, Finanças, Compras e demais áreas de suporte.

✅ Apoiar a implementação e execução do Programa Global de Riscos, Ética e Compliance da CBRE, garantindo a disseminação de políticas, procedimentos e boas práticas corporativas.

✅ Conduzir análises relacionadas a conflitos de interesse, brindes, hospitalidades, doações, patrocínios, eventos corporativos e demais temas de conduta ética.

✅ Realizar análises preliminares e coordenação de processos de due diligence de terceiros, incluindo avaliação de riscos reputacionais, sanções, PEPs, beneficiários finais e estruturas societárias.

✅ Apoiar processos de prevenção à lavagem de dinheiro (AML), onboarding de clientes, classificação e monitoramento de riscos.

✅ Participar de avaliações de risco de compliance, atividades de monitoramento, controles internos e acompanhamento de planos de ação e remediação.

✅ Revisar aspectos de compliance e privacidade de dados em contratos, propostas comerciais, RFPs, questionários de clientes e fornecedores.

✅Revisar questionamentos relacionados a LGPD com o suporte do South Cone Regional Field Compliance Officer

✅ Contribuir para a implementação e administração local das políticas corporativas, incluindo gestão documental, controle de versões e ações de comunicação e conscientização.

✅ Apoiar investigações internas, se solicitado, na coleta de documentos e análise de tendências.

✅ Coordenar campanhas de comunicação e monitorar a execução dos treinamentos online da organização, certificações anuais de compliance, revisões de conflitos de interesse e iniciativas de conscientização.

✅ Promover os valores RISE da CBRE, fortalecendo a cultura de Speak-Up, não retaliação e utilização dos canais de reporte da companhia.

✅ Apoiar a gestão da Ethics & Compliance Ambassador Network, acompanhando ações, comunicações e compartilhamento de recursos de compliance.

✅ Monitorar mudanças regulatórias, tendências e riscos emergentes, elaborando análises e recomendações para aprimoramento contínuo dos processos e controles de compliance.

Requisitos

✔ Formação superior completa em Direito, Administração de Empresas, Ciências Contábeis, Finanças ou áreas correlatas.

✔Habilidade de trabalhar sob pressão, prazos limitados e tarefas simultâneas.

✔ Experiência nas áreas de Compliance, Jurídico, Gestão de Riscos, Auditoria Interna, Privacidade de Dados ou áreas relacionadas.

✔ Conhecimento em compliance corporativo, due diligence de terceiros, AML, gestão de riscos e governança corporativa.

✔ Inglês avançado.

✔ Experiência na interação com múltiplos stakeholders e suporte a diferentes áreas de negócio.

✔ Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita, com habilidade para conduzir treinamentos, apresentações e ações de conscientização.

✔ Perfil analítico, organizado, colaborativo e orientado à solução de problemas.
