Buscamos um(a) profissional com visão estratégica, perfil consultivo e forte capacidade analítica para atuar no planejamento operacional de empreendimentos corporativos, logísticos e residenciais de alto padrão. A posição será responsável por desenvolver estudos operacionais, estruturar soluções para novos empreendimentos, apoiar a área comercial na elaboração de propostas e condução de todo o processo comercial para novos negócios.

Principais Responsabilidades

Desenvolvimento de Negócios e Relacionamento com Clientes;

Elaborar propostas técnicas e comerciais para novos negócios; Participar de reuniões de alinhamento e apresentações para clientes; Acompanhar visitas técnicas em empreendimentos e obras; Realizar estudos de viabilidade operacional e custos condominiais; Desenvolver apresentações executivas e materiais comerciais; Realizar prospecção e relacionamento com potenciais clientes; Atuar em conjunto com áreas multidisciplinares da empresa para construção de soluções integradas. Planejamento e Controle

Gerenciar e atualizar indicadores, contratos, propostas e portfólio de projetos; Acompanhar faturamento, cronogramas e trabalhos em andamento; Manter base de dados de novos empreendimentos e tendências do mercado imobiliário; Elaborar relatórios gerenciais e dashboards de acompanhamento. Planejamento Operacional e Consultoria Técnica

Analisar projetos de empreendimentos comerciais, corporativos, logísticos e residenciais; Dimensionar áreas técnicas e estruturas operacionais necessárias à gestão dos ativos; Desenvolver fluxos operacionais de usuários, serviços e fornecedores; Realizar benchmarking de mercado e estudos comparativos; Avaliar tecnologias, inovações e diferenciais para a operação dos empreendimentos; Estruturar modelos operacionais e condominiais; Participar de visitas técnicas em obras para validação de projetos e áreas operacionais; Elaborar layouts operacionais utilizando AutoCAD; Desenvolver especificações e cotações de enxovais e equipamentos; Apoiar discussões técnicas relacionadas aos sistemas prediais; Realizar análises operacionais de Convenções e Regulamentos Condominiais. Requisitos

Formação

Graduação completa em Arquitetura, Engenharia Civil, Engenharia de Produção, Engenharia Mecânica ou áreas correlatas.

Conhecimentos Técnicos

Pacote Office avançado, especialmente Excel e PowerPoint; AutoCAD intermediário/avançado; Conhecimento em projetos prediais e operações imobiliárias; Experiência com análise de custos, planejamento operacional e gestão condominial; Inglês avançado para participação em reuniões, apresentações e elaboração de relatórios.

Diferenciais

Experiência em consultoria imobiliária, facilities management ou property management; Conhecimento em Power BI; Vivência em desenvolvimento de empreendimentos corporativos, logísticos ou de uso misto; Conhecimento em BIM e ferramentas de modelagem.
