  • Liderar a operação de implantação de novos clientes/projetos, ponta a ponta.
  • Estruturar, padronizar e otimizar processos de implantação.
  • Gerir equipe multidisciplinar, metas e indicadores (SLA, NPS, prazos).
  • Atuar como ponto focal entre áreas internas e clientes.
  • Planejar capacidade, recursos e cronogramas de implantação.
  • Mapear riscos, propor planos de ação e garantir governança.
  • Gerar relatórios gerenciais e insights para melhoria contínua.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Experiência prévia como gerente/coordenador(a) de operações, implantação ou projetos.
  • Vivência com gestão de times e indicadores operacionais (SLA, produtividade, qualidade).
  • Capacidade de estruturar processos e conduzir rotinas de melhoria contínua.
  • Boa comunicação para relacionamento com áreas internas e clientes
  • Superior completo
