med at du bidrager til den daglige drift ogvedligeholdelse af campus.

Du er uddannet tømrer, snedker, låsesmed eller har enanden relevant

håndværksmæssig baggrund. Du trives med en kombination afpraktisk vedligeholdelse,

fejlfinding og koordinering og motiveres af at tageansvar for et vigtigt ansvarsområde i et

modernedatacentermiljø.

  • Har erfaring med bygningsvedligeholdelse ogtekniske installationer
  • Arbejder selvstændigt og tager ejerskab for dineopgaver
  • Er serviceminded og trives i samarbejdet medbåde kolleger, kunder og
  • leverandører
  • Har gode IT-kundskaber og er fortrolig meddokumentation og rapportering
  • Kan kommunikere på både dansk og engelsk
  • Har kørekort kategori B
  • Kan opnå sikkerhedsgodkendelse efterbaggrundstjek
  • Dine primære ansvarsområder
  • Inspektion, vedligeholdelse og fejlfinding pådøre, porte, låsesystemer,
  • adgangsveje og branddøre samt koordinering medleverandører inden for
  • automatiske døre og adgangskontrol
  • Udførelse af generelle opgaver inden forbygningsvedligeholdelse
  • Gennemførelse af mindre reparationer ogpraktiske vedligeholdelsesopgaver
  • Udførelse af planlagt forebyggende vedligehold(PPM)
  • Koordinering og opfølgning på eksterneleverandører
  • Understøttelse af den daglige drift ogserviceleverance på tværs af lokationerne
  • Rapportering, dokumentation og vedligeholdelseaf SOP'er og EOP'er
  • Overholdelse af alle sikkerheds-, kvalitets- ogsiteprocedure

**Join our Facility Management team with a focus ondoors,

****locking systems and building maintenance

**CBRE is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join ourFacility Management team

supporting our three locations in Denmark: Høje Taastrup,Gadstrup and Lille Skensved.

The role has a particular focus on doors, locking systemsand building maintenance,

while also contributing to the daily operation andmaintenance of the campus.

**About You

**You are a qualified carpenter, joiner, locksmith or haveanother relevant trade

background. You enjoy a combination of hands-onmaintenance, troubleshooting and

coordination, and are motivated by taking ownership of animportant area within a

modern data center environment.

**In Addition, We Would Like You To

**

  • Have experience with building maintenance andtechnical installations
  • Work independently and take ownership of yourresponsibilities
  • Be service-minded and enjoy collaborating withcolleagues, customers and
  • vendors
  • Have solid IT skills and be comfortable withdocumentation and reporting
  • Be able to communicate in both Danish andEnglish
  • Hold a valid category B driving licence
  • Be able to obtain security clearance following abackground check

**Key Responsibilities

**

  • Inspect, maintain and troubleshoot doors, gates,locking systems, access points
  • and fire doors, and coordinate with vendorssupporting automatic doors and
  • access control
  • Carry out general building maintenanceactivities
  • Perform minor repairs and practical maintenancetasks
  • Execute planned preventive maintenance (PPM)
  • Coordinate and follow up with external vendors
  • Support daily operations and service deliveryacross the locations
  • Prepare reports, maintain documentation andupdate SOPs and EOPs
  • Follow all safety, quality and site procedure
