Job Description

本職位存在的目的 (Purpose of the role)

綜理會計組業務(例如各項帳務處理、財務報表編製或稅務申報作業)，確保會計處理符合會計準則、相關法令及內部規範，並配合內外部查核及主管機關檢查事項。

本職位最主要的3 – 5項工作職責 (3 - 5 major responsibilities)

主要工作職責

一、依業務分工擇一

(一) 帳務管理

  • 辦理總帳、分類帳及各項會計帳務作業。
  • 審核傳票、會計憑證、及相關帳務資料之正確性。
  • 確保會計處理符合相關法令規定及公司內部規範。
  • 辦理月結、季結及年結作業，確保財務資訊正確且即時產出。

(二) 財務報表編製與分析

  • 編製個體及合併財務報表。
  • 集團合併沖銷帳務作業。
  • 辦理財務數據分析，提供損益、資產負債及股東權益等相關資訊。
  • 追蹤重要財務報告內容並提供分析意見。

(三) 稅務管理

  • 辦理營業稅、印花稅、營利事業所得稅、國別報告及全球最低稅負等各項稅務申報作業。
  • 執行稅務管理及稅務風險控管相關事項。
  • 配合稅務機關查核及相關資料提供作業。
  • 追蹤稅務法令變動並評估對公司之影響。

二、內部控制與法令遵循

  • 配合內部稽核、外部會計師查核及主管機關檢查作業。
  • 確保各項會計作業符合相關法令規範、影響因應、制度修訂及公司治理要求。
  • 協助檢視及優化內部控制制度與作業流程。

三、其他事項

  • 主管機關申報、詢問及回覆作業。
  • 辦理專案事項及其他主管交辦業務。

基本條件及能力要求 (Minimum requirements)

  • 學歷 (education) : 大學（含）以上會計、財務、稅務等相關科系畢業。
  • 工作經驗 (work experience) : 具金融業或會計師事務所相關工作經驗10年以上。
  • 專業能力 (professional capabilities) : 具帳務處理、財務報表編製或稅務申報等專業能力；熟悉Excel進階功能及會計資訊系統操作，具財務及會計法規相關知識。
  • 專業證照 (professional license) : 會計師證照尤佳
  • 語言能力 (language) : 中等程度英文能力
  • 其他 (others) : 具良好分析判斷、溝通協調、問題解決及跨部門合作能力，工作態度積極細心，具責任感。
