Job Description

1.辦理本公司及母公司開發金控董事會與功能性委員會議事幕僚作業，包括提案審核、議程編製、議事錄撰寫與重要決議之追蹤。

2.執行本公司與母公司開發金控董事會/功能性委員會/董事長交辦之各項專案或事項。

3.策劃董事就任程序，以及規劃董事持續進修事宜。

4.協調經理部門與董事溝通，確保訊息傳達與有效溝通。

提供董事執行業務所需資料，以及處理董事要求事項。

學歷：大學

系所：法律相關科系、企業管理相關、銀行保險相關

經歷：金融業務經驗6年以上/董事會、股東會業務經驗3年以上

其他專業條件：1.熟悉金融控股公司法、銀行法、證券交易法、公司法。

2.公文寫作能力佳。

相關證照：具金融相關證照，通過「公司治理基本能力測驗」尤佳。

語文能力：國、台語流利、具英文聽、說能力尤佳。

其他特質：具備跨部門整合協調能力、公文寫作能力佳。
