Are you passionate about finding great talent and creating an exceptional employee experience? We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented HR Executive to play a key role in both Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.

What You'll Do Talent Acquisition

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruiting strategies.
  • Create and post compelling job advertisements across multiple channels.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates to identify top talent.
  • Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, conduct reference checks, and prepare offer packages.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and follow-up.
  • Track recruitment activity and hiring metrics to support data-driven decisions.

HR Operations

  • Coordinate seamless onboarding experiences for new hires, including documentation, system setup, and new employee orientation.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.
  • Process employee lifecycle changes, including promotions, transfers, and terminations.
  • Manage offboarding activities, ensuring proper return of company assets and system access removal.
  • Monitor attendance, leave balances, and compliance with company policies.
  • Support payroll processing through accurate timesheet, incentive, deduction, and employee data management.
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee inquiries and HR-related support.
  • Assist with performance review administration, policy communication, and compliance initiatives.
  • Support employee engagement programs, wellness initiatives, training activities, and company events.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain key workforce metrics.

What We're Looking For Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or a combined HR Generalist role.
  • Experience using HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); ResourceInn experience is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Costa Rican labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Professional, discreet, and committed to maintaining confidentiality.
  • A collaborative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and employee experience.
