The posting

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive IT Support professional with 2–3 years of experience to provide technical assistance and support to our staff. The role focuses on troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide first-line support for desktop/laptop hardware and software issues.

· Troubleshoot issues related to Windows 10/11, Office 365, and common applications.

· Assist users with password resets, account setups, and access issues.

· Support basic networking issues, including LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity and VPN access.

· Set up and maintain peripheral devices (printers, scanners, etc.).

· Maintain IT inventory and keep records of support tickets.

· Escalate unresolved issues to senior IT staff or vendors.

· Provide end-user guidance and basic training as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

· 2–3 years of IT support experience.

· Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Office 365 applications.

· Basic understanding of networking (LAN/Wi-Fi, VPN, IP troubleshooting).

· Experience with IT ticketing systems.

· Good problem-solving and communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and support multiple users simultaneously.

Preferred:

· IT certifications like CompTIA A+, Microsoft Fundamentals, or equivalent.
