Stellenbeschreibung

Für unser Team suchen wir aktuell einen IT-Einkäufer (m/w/d) am Standort Bremen.

Aufgaben:

Anlage und vollständige Abwicklung von Bestellungen im ERP-System, idealerweise in SAP S/4HANA Marktbeobachtung, Einholung von Angeboten sowie Erstellung von Preisvergleichen Schriftliche und telefonische Korrespondenz mit nationalen und internationalen Lieferanten Sicherstellung der termingerechten Lieferfähigkeit Pflege von Katalogen, Preisen sowie Liefer- und Zahlungskonditionen Prüfung und Bearbeitung von Rechnungen Durchführung operativer Ausschreibungen sowie Mitwirkung bei Lieferantenbewertungen Unterstützung der Fachbereiche bei individuellen Anforderungen rund um die IT-Beschaffung

Ihr Profil:

Gute Kenntnisse in der Beschaffung von Hardware, Software, Lizenzen, IT-Dienstleistungen, Telekommunikation und Cloud-Leistungen Mehrjährige Erfahrung im operativen Einkauf oder in der IT-Beschaffung Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise Eigeninitiative, Engagement und Belastbarkeit Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit im Umgang mit internen Fachbereichen und Lieferanten Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse Idealerweise Erfahrung mit SAP S/4HANA
