Stellenbeschreibung

Für ein etabliertes Finanzinstitut suchen wir einen Regulatory Compliance Specialist (m/w/d) mit Kenntnissen zu BAIT / MaRisk / DORA in unbefristeter Festanstellung, bis zu 60% remote möglich.

In dieser Position übernehmen Sie Verantwortung für die Umsetzung regulatorischer Anforderungen im Bankenumfeld. Der Fokus liegt auf der Begleitung, Bewertung und Weiterentwicklung regulatorisch relevanter Prozesse, Vorgaben und Dokumentationen im Kontext von BAIT, MaRisk und DORA.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Analyse neuer regulatorischer Vorgaben (BAIT / MaRisk / DORA)
  • Ableitung konkreter Maßnahmen und Anforderungen an Prozesse und Kontrollstrukturen
  • Durchführung und Pflege von Rezertifizierungen, Funktionsprofilen und Prozessdokumentationen
  • Ausarbeitung und Aktualisierung regulatorischer Richtlinien und Governance-Strukturen
  • Abstimmung mit internen Bereichen wie IT, Compliance, Risk, Fachabteilungen und Projektteams
  • Begleitung von Audits, Prüfungen und regulatorischen Projekten
  • Fachliche Beratung relevanter Stakeholder zu IT-Regulatorik, Kontrollen und Prozessen

Ihr Profil

  • Bankbetriebswirt/in, ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium, Berufserfahrung im Bankenumfeld oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Kenntnisse in BAIT, MaRisk und idealerweise DORA
  • Erfahrung in regulatorischen Umsetzungen, Kontrollsystemen oder Governance
  • Analytisches Denken, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Kommunikationsstärke und souveräner Umgang mit technischen wie nicht-technischen Stakeholdern
  • Deutsch auf C1/C2-Niveau
  • Wünschenswert, jedoch keine Voraussetzung: Grundverständnis immobilienbezogener Prozesse und Anwendungen
