The posting

Company Overview:

Cellebrite’s (Nasdaq: CLBT) mission is to enable its customers to protect and save lives, accelerate justice, and preserve privacy in communities around the world. Cellebrite is a global leader in Digital Intelligence solutions for the public and private sectors, empowering organizations to master the complexities of legally sanctioned digital investigations by streamlining intelligence processes. Trusted by thousands of leading agencies and companies globally, Cellebrite’s Digital Intelligence platform and solutions transform how customers collect, review, analyze, and manage investigative digital data in legally sanctioned investigations.

Position Overview:

The Solutions Expert delivers Capture the Flag (CTF) events, advanced workshops, and analyst enablement sessions to customers and partners in Israel and across the EMEA South region. The role combines deep expertise in digital investigations with strong instructional skills: you will turn complex investigative workflows into structured, scenario-based training that helps users get real operational value from the platform.

You will ensure consistent, high-quality delivery in line with Cellebrite’s Services standards, working closely with Deployment, Customer Success, and Sales Engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver CTFs, hands-on workshops, and advanced investigative training sessions for customers and partners.
  • Support onboarding and enablement for new deployments, ensuring users can operationalize the platform effectively.
  • Translate complex investigative workflows into structured, scenario-based learning experiences.
  • Partner with Deployment Engineers, Customer Success Managers, and Sales Engineers to tailor workshops to customer-specific use cases.
  • Provide expert guidance on Investigator functionality, investigative flows, case management, and analytical best practices.
  • Prepare for each delivery, including dataset validation, environment setup, and exercise walkthroughs.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for internal teams, contributing product feedback and operational insights.
  • Maintain high-quality delivery documentation and follow-up communication in line with Services processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in digital forensics, investigative support, or intelligence analysis; a background in law enforcement operations is also relevant.
  • Deep operational knowledge of investigative analytics platforms, including advanced search, AI-driven insights, and collaborative case management.
  • Hands-on experience with modern investigative platforms or analytic tools.
  • Proven experience delivering CTFs, workshops, or advanced technical training, with strong customer satisfaction results.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and customer-facing instruction skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to audiences of varying experience.
  • Experience supporting enterprise deployments, user adoption, or platform onboarding.
  • Languages: professional fluency in English and Hebrew (both required).
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly (up to 50%) to support customers across the EMEA South region.

Advantages

  • Fluency in any additional language, such as Italian, Spanish, French, Russian, or Arabic.
  • Managerial experience (team, project or people management).
  • Familiarity with Cellebrite’s broader ecosystem (Pathfinder, Guardian, Inseyets, Genesis, CAS Lab, etc.).

Success Criteria

  • High customer satisfaction scores across technical trainings, workshops and CTF deliveries.
  • Consistent delivery quality aligned with Services standards.
  • Effective collaboration with Solution Engineering, Deployment and Customer Success teams.
  • Independent ownership and execution of full training cycles, from preparation to follow-up.

Location & Travel

This is an on-site position based in Israel. Regular travel of up to 50% is required to deliver sessions for customers and partners across the EMEA South region.

Note: Security clearance may be required for work with certain customers.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
