  • Implement ongoing collection and synthesis of voice-of-customer, market research, and voice-of-field insights to support messaging, enablement materials, and readiness for market release.
  • Shape and influence product roadmap development, packaging, pricing, and product prioritization by providing market, customer, and field-informed inputs in close partnership with Product Management.
  • Develop and maintain foundational product messaging, including value propositions, proof points, target personas (buyers, users, influencers), and product descriptions.
  • Partner with and advise the Sales Enablement and Learning & Development teams to support the creation and maintenance of sales enablement tools for GTM execution, including product and sales demos, one-pagers, and product messaging for outbound and prospecting efforts.
  • Own and maintain national product messaging across web and marketing collateral, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with product strategy.
  • Partner with campaign and engagement teams to ensure consistency across pre-sale and post-sale customer experiences.

Skills you will need here:

  • Solid understanding of product marketing and go-to-market product launches, including product positioning, customer segmentation, and GTM readiness in the CTE K12 Market.
  • Ability to analyze market dynamics, competitive landscape, and customer or field feedback and translate insights into actionable clear messaging, with the ability to create concise, audience-appropriate product messaging and sales tools..
  • Effective cross‑functional collaboration with strong day‑to‑day autonomy, proactively solving issues and raising bigger risks or roadblocks that need broader alignment.
  • Confirmed ability to influence decision-making and direction across multiple cross-functional teams through insights and partnership.
  • Experience developing or supporting sales enablement assets such as one-pagers, and knowledge transfer documents, etc.
  • Strong collaboration skills and comfort working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing partners.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a similar field, or equivalent K12 education experience.
  • Typically requires minimum of 3 years of related experience in product marketing, marketing, or similar proven experience.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
