Wir suchen eine Back-Office-Kraft in Teilzeit für unser FTTH-Montageunternehmen (Fiber to the Home).

Call-Center oder ähnliche Erfahrung? Dann könnte diese Stelle der nächste Schritt für dich sein. Die Aufgaben teilen sich ca. in 80% telefonische Terminierung und 20% sonstige Administration.

Wöchentliche Arbeitszeit von 25 bis 35 Stunden.

Dein Job bei uns

80% Telefonische Terminbuchung (ca. 16 Stunden)

  • Aktive Kundenansprache: Telefonische Erstkontakte und Terminabsprachen mit Endkunden (Eigentümer/Mieter).
  • Routenoptimierung: Buchung von Vor-Ort-Terminen (Hausbegehungen, Glasfaser-Montage) nach geografischen Zonen.
  • Terminpflege: Pflege des digitalen Kalendersystems und Versenden von Terminbestätigungen.
  • Rückfragen-Management: Beantwortung von Kundenfragen zum Ablauf der Montage am Telefon.

20% Allgemeine Administration (ca. 4 Stunden)

  • Datenpflege: Eingabe und Aktualisierung von Kundendaten im CRM-System.
  • Dokumentation: Ablage von Begehungsprotokollen und Einverständniserklärungen.
  • Schnittstelle: Weiterleitung von Problemfällen oder Bau-Verzögerungen an die Projektleitung.
  • Post & Mailings: Bearbeitung des allgemeinen Posteingangs und vorbereitende Mailings für neue Ausbaugebiete.

Das bringst du mit

Zwingend notwendig

  • Kommunikationsstärke: Hohe Empathie und Geduld am Telefon, da Endkunden oft Fragen zur Technik haben.
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise: Schnelles Denken bei der Terminkoordination, um Leerzeiten für Monteure zu vermeiden.
  • PC-Kenntnisse: Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Excel/Outlook) und idealerweise Erfahrung mit CRM- oder Ticketsystemen.
  • Fließendes Deutsch

Von Vorteil

  • Branchenverständnis: Grundlegendes Verständnis für den Ablauf eines Glasfaseranschlusses (wird meist eingearbeitet).
  • Erfahrung in einem Call-Center oder ähnliche Tätigkeiten.
