Dein Job bei uns

Als Mitarbeiter/in im Fuhrparkmanagement sorgst du dafür, dass unsere Fahrzeuge zuverlässig organisiert, verwaltet und betreut werden. Du planst Wartungen und Werkstatttermine, bearbeitest Schadensfälle und bist Ansprechpartner für alle Themen rund um unseren Fahrzeugbestand, intern und nach außen hin.

Zu deinen wichtigsten Aufgaben gehören:

  • Verwaltung und Pflege unseres Fahrzeugbestandes
  • Fahrzeugbeschaffung sowie Ausmusterung von Fahrzeugen
  • Organisation von Fahrzeugübergaben und Rücknahmen
  • Planung von Wartungen, Inspektionen und Reparaturen
  • Koordination von Werkstattterminen
  • Bearbeitung von Schadensfällen
  • Abstimmung mit Versicherungen und Dienstleistern
  • Überwachung von TÜV-, HU-, AU- und UVV-Terminen
  • Verwaltung von Leasing- und Serviceverträgen
  • Kontrolle von Kosten, Rechnungen und Budgets
  • Erstellung von Auswertungen und Kennzahlen rund um den Fuhrpark

Kurz gesagt: Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Fahrzeuge dort sind, wo sie gebraucht werden, und dass dabei alles wirtschaftlich, rechtssicher und organisiert abläuft.

Das bringst du mit

Am besten passt du zu uns, wenn du bereits aus dem Automobilumfeld kommst und die Abläufe rund um Fahrzeuge kennst.

Idealerweise hast du:

  • eine Ausbildung zum Automobilkaufmann/-frau oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation bzw. gleichwertige Berufserfahrung
  • Erfahrung im Autohaus, Fuhrparkmanagement oder Fahrzeugmanagement
  • gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Fahrzeugen, Werkstätten und Dienstleistern
  • einen sicheren Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel und Outlook
  • eine strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
