The posting

Vi söker nu en IT-inköpskonsult/Software Asset Manager till ett uppdrag hos ett stort energibolag i Stockholm.

Detta är ett konsultuppdrag. Stationeringsort är Stockholm.

Uppdraget omfattar 100 %.

Uppdraget innebär ett nära samarbete med kunden vilket ställer stora krav på flexibilitet och samarbetsförmåga.

Arbetsbeskrivning

Uppdraget innebär att stödja kundens vindkraftsverksamhet i transformationen av ett digitalt program.

Du kommer att etablera och genomföra de strategiska upphandlingsaktiviteter som krävs för att etablera ett nytt driftcenter (OCC) samt tillhörande IT/OT-relaterade frågor.

Arbetsuppgifter

Genomföra kategori- och leverantörsmarknadsanalys inom IT/OT för de tjänster och förmågor som programmet behöver

Omsätta verksamhets-, IT-, arkitektur-, säkerhets- och övergångskrav till sourcingstrategier, leverantörskriterier och upphandlingsplaner

Ta fram, samordna och skicka ut RFI-, RFQ- och RFP-underlag tillsammans med verksamhet, IT, juridik, säkerhet och inköp

Planera och styra upphandlingens milstolpar, beroenden och beslut i linje med den integrerade färdplanen

Ta fram utvärderingskriterier, kommersiella modeller och poängsättning samt samordna transparenta leverantörsutvärderingar

Stödja urval av leverantörer, förtydligandemöten, förhandlingar, avtalsskrivning samt onboarding och överlämning

Upprätthålla en samlad bild av status, tidplan, risker och beslut samt bidra med underlag till rapportering, budgetdiskussioner och styrgrupp

Krav (OBS, obligatoriska)

Minst 5 års erfarenhet som inköpskonsult med tydligt fokus på mjukvarukategorin inom IT, alternativt minst 5 års erfarenhet som Software Asset Manager i stora organisationer.

Relevant universitets- eller högskoleexamen inom inköp, supply chain management, företagsekonomi, ekonomi, juridik eller IT, eller motsvarande yrkeserfarenhet.

Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska.

Mycket god kommunikations- och förhandlingsförmåga, med förmåga att konstruktivt utmana och skapa samsyn mellan kommersiella, tekniska och verksamhetsmässiga perspektiv

Analytisk och strukturerad med öga för detaljer och förmåga att upprätthålla transparens och spårbarhet i upphandlingsbeslut

Pragmatisk och leveransfokuserad med förmåga att balansera kvalitet, styrning och regelefterlevnad mot programmets tidplan

Förmåga att prioritera, skapa struktur och hålla tempot i en föränderlig miljö med ofullständig information och många beroenden

Självgående och samarbetsvillig, trivs med att arbeta både självständigt och i ett tvärfunktionellt programteam

Hög integritet och gott omdöme vid hantering av kommersiellt känslig och konfidentiell information
