Vi söker nu en samordnande byggledare till en myndighet inom trafik.

Detta är ett konsultuppdrag. Stationeringsort är Stockholm.

Uppdraget omfattar 100 %.

Uppdraget innebär ett nära samarbete med kunden vilket ställer stora krav på flexibilitet och samarbetsförmåga.

Arbetsbeskrivning

Uppdraget sker inom utbyggnaden av tunnelbanan i Stockholm. Som samordnande byggledare stöttar och samordnar du beställarorganisationens byggledare så att entreprenadarbetena genomförs i enlighet med entreprenadkontrakt och inom ramarna för budget, myndighetsbeslut, avtal, tillstånd och överenskommelser.

Du följer upp och rapporterar entreprenadarbetenas framdrift och rapporterar till projektledare.

Arbetsuppgifter

Leda och samordna beställarorganisationens byggledare så att de arbetar på ett enhetligt sätt gentemot entreprenör

Säkerställa att entreprenadarbetena genomförs enligt utsatt tid, kostnad och innehåll samt följa upp och rapportera framdrift avseende kostnader, tider, kvalitet, säkerhet, arbetsmiljö, miljö och social hållbarhet

Vara projektets representant på byggplatsen, bland annat vid besiktningar och produktionsmöten, samt säkerställa signering av entreprenörens dagböcker

Bevaka myndigheters tillstånd, bygglov, villkor i avtal samt samordning gentemot angränsande entreprenader

Delta i skydds- och miljöronder, bevaka riskarbete och kontrollplaner, stickprovskontrollera entreprenörens egenkontroll samt vid behov stoppa arbeten som riskerar liv och hälsa

Säkerställa granskning av arbetsberedningar, genomförande av syner, förbesiktningar och att slutdokumentation erhålls i tid

Medverka i prognoser för ekonomi och tid, granska handlingar samt ansvara för framtagande av beställarens kontrollprogram

Krav (OBS, obligatoriska)

Byggteknisk utbildning (t.ex. byggnads-/anläggningsteknisk utbildning) eller motsvarande kunskap förvärvad genom dokumenterad arbetslivserfarenhet.

Minst 12 års erfarenhet i rollen som byggledare och/eller projektledare inom byggprojekt.

Minst 5 års erfarenhet av byggprojekt i tunnelmiljö.

Minst 3 års erfarenhet av samordnande byggledning där bygg- och installationsarbeten samordnats mellan flera entreprenörer/teknikslag.

Erfarenhet av byggledning åt offentlig beställare i minst ett projekt med en projektkostnad om minst 5 miljarder kronor.

Genomförd utbildning Bas-U (byggarbetsmiljösamordnare för utförandet) samt Bas-P.

Dokumenterad utbildning i entreprenadjuridik.

Meriter

5 års erfarenhet eller mer av byggledning i tunnelbane- eller spårnära infrastrukturprojekt.

3 års erfarenhet eller mer som kontrollansvarig (KA) enligt PBL och/eller som kvalitetsansvarig i byggprojekt.
