Vi söker en Kontraktsingenjör till Trafikverket.

Detta är ett konsultuppdrag. Stationeringsort är Göteborg.

Tjänsten är på heltid.

Uppdraget innebär ett nära samarbete med kunden vilket ställer stora krav på flexibilitet och samarbetsförmåga.

Uppdraget

Uppdraget avser en kontraktsingenjör till Västlänken, projekt Haga, med huvudsaklig placering inom delprojekt Rosenlund.

Västlänken är en järnväg i tunnel under centrala Göteborg med nya stationer vid Göteborg Central, Haga och Korsvägen. Delprojekt Rosenlund omfattar en betongtunneldel mellan delprojekten Vasastan och Otterhällan.

Som kontraktsingenjör arbetar du i beställarens projektorganisation och rapporterar till delprojektledaren för Rosenlund. Uppdraget innebär att hantera delprojektets ekonomi gentemot entreprenören enligt beställarens arbetssätt.

Arbetet omfattar bland annat kontraktsuppföljning, underrättelsehantering, ÄTA-dokumentation, kostnadsprognoser och underlag för ekonomiska uppgörelser. Du samarbetar med medarbetare inom projektering, produktion och tidsstyrning.

Vid behov kan uppdraget även omfatta arbete inom andra delar av program Västlänken.

Arbetsuppgifter

Leda och driva arbetet med att ta fram svar på underrättelser i LimeCRM.

Sammanställa kostnadsprognoser utifrån kalkyler, nedlagda kostnader samt UR- och ÄTA-underlag.

Ta fram kalkylunderlag.

Stötta produktionsledare och projekteringsledare med underlag till ekonomiska uppgörelser.

Tillsammans med tidplanerare ta fram ÄTA-prognoser och bedöma deras påverkan på tidplan och budget.

Bevaka kontraktets ersättningsbara delar samt kompletteringar och förändringar.

Delta i och bidra med underlag till prognosuppföljningsarbetet.

Krav (OBS, obligatoriska)

Eftergymnasial byggteknisk ingenjörsexamen eller annan kombination av utbildning och erfarenhet som beställaren bedömer som likvärdig.

Minst fyra (4) års erfarenhet av arbete med kostnadsprognoser samt UR- och ÄTA-hantering i entreprenader i anläggningsbranschen med kontraktsstorlek över 50 mkr.

Dokumenterad utbildning inom entreprenadjuridik.

Dokumenterad erfarenhet av kontraktuella förhandlingar.

God kännedom om Trafikverkets tekniska regelverk.

Erfarenhet av praktiskt arbete i LimeCRM.

God kommunikationsförmåga i svenska och engelska, i tal och skrift, i den omfattning som krävs för att utföra uppdraget.

God vana av att använda Microsoft Office-paketet.

B-körkort.
