Deine Aufgaben

  • Durchführung molekulargenetischer Analysen unter Verwendung verschiedener Technologien (z.B. PCR, MLPA, NGS)
  • Vorbereitung von PCRs, DNA- und RNA-Bibliotheken, Qualitätskontrolle sowie Sanger- und NGS-Sequenzierung
  • Umgang mit modernsten Geräten und Liquid-Handlern
  • Dokumentation im LIMS
  • Biobanking von Patientenproben
  • Labororganisation gemäß internationalen Qualitätsstandards (ISO/CAP/CLIA)

Dein Profil

Da wir diese Stelle so schnell wie möglich besetzen müssen, ist eine gültige Arbeitserlaubnis für den deutschen Arbeitsmarkt erforderlich. Leider können wir derzeit keine Unterstützung bei der Beantragung von Visa oder Arbeitserlaubnissen leisten.

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum BTA / MTA / CTA oder Bachelor-Abschluss in Biologie (oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet)
  • Praktische Erfahrungen in der Arbeit mit Sanger-Sequenzierung, NGS-Probenvorbereitung oder gleichwertige Laborerfahrungen sind von Vorteil
  • Gute theoretische Kenntnisse in Molekulargenetik
  • Eine präzise, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise ist erforderlich
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse, Deutsch ist wünschenswert
  • Fähigkeit zur Zusammenarbeit und zum Arbeiten als Teil eines Teams von Medizintechnikern
  • Fit in MS Office
