Objetivo de la posición

Incorporarse al equipo legal brindando soporte en temas corporativos, contractuales y regulatorios. Tendrá especial participación en el monitoreo y análisis de novedades normativas del sector Oil & Gas, identificando cuestiones relevantes para la Dirección de Legales y las distintas áreas del negocio.

Principales responsabilidades

• Monitorear Boletín Oficial de las distintas jurisdicciones y novedades regulatorias del sector.

• Detectar cambios normativos con impacto para la compañía y actualizar la matriz legal/regulatoria.

• Administración de los sistemas a nivel nacional y provincial (TAD, etc.) a través de los cuales se reciben los requerimientos de las distintas autoridades de aplicación del sector. Su gestión y seguimiento.

• Elaborar reportes ejecutivos para el área legal.

• Participar en revisión y negociación de contratos.

• Brindar soporte en temas regulatorios y corporativos.

• Coordinar consultas con asesores externos.

• Asistir como proveedor interno a las distintas áreas de negocio en consultas legales.

Requisitos

• Abogado/a graduado/a.

• Entre 2 y 4 años de experiencia profesional.

• Experiencia en estudios jurídicos, oil&gas (explotación convencional y CENCH), minería o industrias reguladas.

• Inglés Intermedio/Avanzado
