Responsabilidades del puesto:

  • Evaluar y desarrollar proyectos solares + BESS desde las primeras etapas de identificación de oportunidades hasta su maduración.
  • Analizar la factibilidad técnica y energética de nuevos proyectos.
  • Evaluar sitios potenciales considerando recurso solar, disponibilidad y características del terreno, accesibilidad, infraestructura existente y posibilidades de conexión.
  • Determinar y validar la producción anual esperada de los proyectos.
  • Participar en la definición de alternativas de diseño y optimización técnico-económica de los proyectos.
  • Coordinar y hacer seguimiento de estudios, permisos, ingeniería, conexión y demás actividades necesarias para el desarrollo.
  • Interactuar con consultores, proveedores, organismos, transportistas, propietarios de terrenos y demás actores involucrados.
  • Mantener actualizado el portfolio de proyectos en desarrollo, haciendo seguimiento de avances, hitos, riesgos y próximos pasos.
  • Coordinar internamente con las distintas áreas de la compañía para asegurar el avance de los proyectos.
  • Participar en procesos de licitación, RFP o presentación de ofertas, coordinando la recopilación y consolidación de la información técnica.
  • Analizar técnicamente propuestas de proveedores y contratistas y participar en procesos de selección.
  • Realizar visitas a sitios y relevamientos necesarios para la evaluación y desarrollo de nuevos proyectos.
  • Elaborar informes y presentaciones para facilitar la toma de decisiones sobre nuevos proyectos.

Requisitos

Requisitos:

  • Ingeniero/a Eléctrico, Electromecánico, Industrial, Mecánico, Energías Renovables o carreras afines. Preferentemente graduado/a.
  • 4 a 6 años de experiencia en desarrollo de proyectos de energía fotovoltaica.
  • Licencia/movilidad: licencia de conducir y disponibilidad para viajar ante proyectos.
  • Software:
  • Paquete Office: avanzado, PVsyst o simil (PVcase/PVdesing): avanzado (excluyente)
  • Deseable: Autocad, Google Earth, GIS, Homer o simil proyectos híbridos
  • Ingles avanzado (No excluyente)

Conocimientos técnicos:

  • Experiencia comprobable en desarrollo de proyectos de energía solar fotovoltaica + BESS, desde etapas tempranas de evaluación hasta etapas avanzadas de desarrollo.
  • Conocimiento de tecnología solar fotovoltaica + BESS, principales componentes y configuración de plantas.
  • Manejo de herramientas/software para la estimación de producción energética de proyectos solares + BESS.
  • Experiencia en evaluación de recurso solar, layout, capacidad instalada, producción esperada y principales variables técnicas de un proyecto.
  • Conocimiento de la infraestructura eléctrica y civil asociada a proyectos solares.
  • Experiencia en análisis de factibilidad técnica/eléctrica de proyectos y del SADI.
  • Capacidad para interpretar y coordinar estudios técnicos, ingeniería conceptual y/o ingeniería básica.
  • Experiencia en coordinación de distintas áreas involucradas en el desarrollo de proyectos.
  • Capacidad para realizar seguimiento de proyectos, identificando hitos, desvíos, riesgos y necesidades de definición.
