Como Gerente de Vendas, você será responsável por coordenar e orientar a execução tática das vendas, liderando diretamente a rotina da equipe comercial. Seu papel será fundamental para garantir o alinhamento das estratégias de prospecção e conversão, impulsionando os resultados de ocupação, diária média e receita do grupo de hotéis sob sua gestão.

  • Gestão e Monitoramento de Resultados: Acompanhar diariamente o pipeline de vendas da equipe e apoiar o fechamento de negociações e propostas de médio e grande porte.
  • Análise de Indicadores: Acompanhar de perto os indicadores diários de ocupação, diária média e receita da regional junto ao time.
  • Direcionamento Estratégico: Orientar o planejamento de rotas, rotinas de visitas e prospecções dos Executivos de Contas na praça regional.
  • Governança de Dados: Monitorar e auditar o preenchimento do CRM, garantindo a qualidade, consistência e tempestividade das informações da carteira comercial.
  • Mapeamento de Mercado: Identificar oportunidades de negócios em feiras, congressos e eventos regionais, direcionando a atuação tática da equipe.
  • Desenvolvimento de Pessoas: Participar ativamente do treinamento contínuo, integração e desenvolvimento da equipe comercial regional.
  • Report e Planejamento: Elaborar relatórios periódicos de acompanhamento de vendas e projeções de curto e médio prazo para a Gerência Geral e Diretoria.
