Gerenciar o escritório, acompanhar o fechamento de vendas e negocia venda de imóveis. Fazer gestão da equipe de corretores.

- Receber o cliente , fazer negociação e fechamento do negócio.

- Em caso de situações de conflito, fazem o distrato do negócio, redigir o distrato e acompanha.

- Realizar o acompanhamento de vendas, dá suporte nas transações comerciais, tanto na venda como na captação. Acompanha metas e implanta campanhas de vendas e por vezes cria campanhas internas.

- Responder por todo o escritório, faxina, recepção e copa.

- Emitir relatório de vendas, mensalmente.

- Participar de todas as avaliações de imóveis que chegam para venda.

- Participar do Projeto Conhecer, onde vai conhecer os imóveis que estão a venda.

- Realizar reuniões com a equipe de vendas, semanalmente.

- Realizar entrevista com novos funcionários da área de vendas, contratar e treinar os mesmos.

- Acompanhar a produtividade dos corretores via CRM.

- Fazer o atendimento como corretor, quando tem clientes diferenciais.

- Participar de reuniões gerenciais na matriz, mensalmente.

- Entrar em contato com o cliente para tirar dúvidas e para realizar pesquisa de satisfação.

- Acompanhar a chegada de novos membros para a equipe de vendas

- Desenvolver Pessoas à assumir outras posições, ensinando, atuando em conjunto e promovendo
