The posting

Le service de kinésithérapie d’EpiCURA assure la prise en charge des patients hospitalisés et ambulatoires, en étroite collaboration avec les équipes médicales, infirmières et paramédicales. L’équipe intervient dans différents domaines, notamment en kinésithérapie orthopédique, neurologique, vestibulaire, uro-gynécologique et pédiatrique, et collabore avec de nombreuses disciplines de l’institution. Envie de rejoindre une équipe dynamique, de contribuer au développement d’un service aux activités variées et de mettre votre expertise au service de la qualité des soins ? Votre mission

  • Participer à l’organisation quotidienne des activités de kinésithérapie sur le site
  • Coordonner le travail des kinésithérapeutes salariés et indépendants
  • Veiller à la qualité des prestations et identifier des pistes d’amélioration en matière d’organisation, de pratiques et de matériel
  • Adapter l’organisation aux besoins des services utilisateurs et aux objectifs définis avec la Direction
  • Participer à la gestion administrative des kinésithérapeutes
  • Assurer une activité clinique de kinésithérapeute à temps plein sous statut indépendant

Votre profil

  • Vous êtes titulaire d’un bachelier ou d’un master en kinésithérapie
  • Vous disposez de l’agrément et du visa nécessaires à l’exercice de la profession de kinésithérapeute en Belgique
  • Vous exercez, ou êtes en mesure d’exercer, sous statut indépendant
  • Vous disposez d’une expérience clinique solide
  • Une expérience en milieu hospitalier et une première expérience en coordination d’équipe constituent des atouts
