Alliant médecine de pointe et prise en charge humaine, EpiCURA rassemble une grande diversité de métiers et d'expertises au service des patients. Pour accompagner sa modernisation constante, faire face aux défis technologiques du secteur de la santé et soutenir l'évolution de ses pratiques de soins, l'institution recherche aujourd’hui son/sa futur.e Chief Information Officer.

Responsabilités

  • Définir et porter une vision stratégique ambitieuse du système d’information, en tant que membre du Comité de Direction et rattaché.e directement au Directeur Général.
  • Piloter la transformation digitale de l’institution et accompagner les métiers dans l’évolution de leurs pratiques.
  • Garantir la performance, la disponibilité et la sécurité du système d’information dans un environnement critique.
  • Assurer la conformité aux exigences réglementaires et légales spécifiques (RGPD, NIS2, AI, secret médical, sécurité des données de santé, ...).
  • Diriger, structurer et développer une équipe IT d’une quarantaine de personnes en favorisant l’innovation, la transversalité et la cohésion d'équipe.
  • Superviser les projets IT majeurs et coordonner les évolutions technologiques.
  • Piloter les budgets IT et veiller à une allocation optimale des ressources.
  • Représenter l’institution au sein des instances et partenariats liés au domaine des technologies de l'information.

Profil recherché

  • Titulaire d'un Master en informatique, ingénieur de gestion, ingénieur civil ou disposant d'une expérience équivalente.
  • Un minimum de 10 ans d’expérience est requis dans une fonction similaire.
  • Leader inspirant, capable de fédérer les collaborateurs et de cultiver une forte cohésion d'équipe autour de projets communs.
  • Excellente communication avec une forte orientation patient, visiteur et client (interne/externe).
  • Sens aigu de la collaboration, de l'agilité et de la résilience.
  • Orientation résultat, fortes capacités de planification et d’organisation.
  • Connaissances avérées dans les architectures informatiques ainsi qu’une bonne connaissance des normes et méthodes applicables aux domaines de l’informatique.
  • Maîtrise de la gestion de projet (ITIL, Prince2) et connaissance d’autres référentiels tels que ISO, CMMI et COBIT.
