Votre mission

Votre mission essentielle est de veiller à dispenser des soins de qualité et personnalisés centrés sur les patients, tout en veillant à promouvoir une activité infirmière performante basée sur les évolutions récentes en diabétologie.

  • Vous assurez des soins efficients aux patients
  • Vous conseillez et informez le personnel soignant des différentes unités de soins par l’apport de votre expertise en diabétologie et soutenez la politique du Département Infirmier dans votre domaine d’activité
  • Vous assurez votre fonction dans les secteurs d’hospitalisation et ambulatoires
  • Vous participez à la continuité et à la qualité des soins
  • Vous êtes un relais entre le patient, la famille, les infirmières, les médecins et le médecin traitant
  • Vous préparez les locaux et le matériel en vue du bon déroulement des consultations
  • Vous réalisez différentes tâches administratives en lien avec l’activité des consultations et assurez la gestion des fournitures médicales destinées aux patients

Votre profil

  • Vous êtes infirmier gradué, bachelier ou breveté
  • Vous pouvez justifier d’une pratique de l’art infirmier de 5 années en milieu hospitalier
  • Vous êtes rigoureux, méthodique, dynamique et motivé
  • Vous avez une aptitude au travail en équipe multi-métiers
  • Vous faites preuve de qualités humaines et relationnelles
  • Vous avez le sens des responsabilités et de la rigueur
  • Vous possédez des compétences pédagogiques
  • Vous avez une aptitude à l’acquisition de nouvelles techniques de soins et de traitements
  • Vous disposez d'une qualification professionnelle particulière en diabétologie ou vous vous engagez à l'obtenir dans les deux ans de la prise de fonction
  • Vous vous inscrivez dans un processus de formation continue
