The posting

Dans le cadre du renforcement de son équipe, le service de gériatrie recherche un infirmier motivé et engagé, désireux de contribuer à une prise en charge globale et humaine du patient âgé.

Votre fonction

Au sein du service de gériatrie, vous :

  • Assurez la prise en charge globale des patients âgés, en tenant compte de leurs spécificités médicales, psychologiques et sociales
  • Participez activement à l’élaboration et à la mise en œuvre du plan de soins individualisé
  • Collaborez étroitement avec l’équipe pluridisciplinaire (médecins, kinésithérapeutes, ergothérapeutes, assistants sociaux…)
  • Veillez au confort, à la sécurité et au bien-être du patient
  • Contribuez à la continuité et à la qualité des soins

Votre profil

  • Vous êtes infirmier gradué, bachelier ou breveté
  • Vous êtes rigoureux, méthodique, dynamique et motivé
  • Vous avez une aptitude au travail en équipe multi-métiers et faites preuve de qualités humaines et relationnelles
  • Vous avez le sens des responsabilités
  • Vous vous inscrivez dans un processus de formation continue
  • Une expérience ou un intérêt particulier pour la gériatrie constitue un atout
  • Vous êtes disponible rapidement
