Votre mission

  • Vous gérez des projets en matière de PCI et êtes responsable du développement qualitatif de la PCI dans l’organisation ;
  • Vous enregistrez, analysez et traitez les données de façon autonome pour arriver à un ensemble cohérent ;
  • Vous surveillez et évaluez les processus de soins dans le cadre des dispositions légales et des recommandations en matière de PCI ;
  • Vous accompagnez, motivez et prenez en charge les référents PCI et supervisez les formations et implémentations cliniques ;
  • Vous dirigez des moments de concertation et de réunion et organisez des initiatives de formation ;
  • Vous participez activement à la réalisation de projets fédéraux – Projet pilote AIM (Antimicrobial Stewardship ; Infection Prevention and Control ; Microbiological surveillance) ;
  • Vous assistez à l’élaboration et à l’application de procédures en rapport avec la PCI ;
  • Vous diffusez les informations et procédures relatives aux recommandations en matière d’hygiène hospitalière et assurez une bonne communication entre les différents intervenants ;

Votre profil

  • Vous êtes titulaire d’un bachelier d’infirmier responsable de soins généraux ;
  • Vous disposez d’un master en santé publique ou équivalent ;
  • Vous êtes titulaire d’un certificat en hygiène hospitalière ou êtes en fin de cursus et en voie de l’obtenir ;
  • Vous disposez d’une connaissance du cadre légal conformément à l’AR du 26/04/2007 et du 19/06/2007 ;
  • Vous justifiez d'au moins 5 ans d'expérience en pratique infirmière au sein d'un établissement hospitalier ;
  • Vous donnez la priorité à la sécurité des patients ;
  • Vous faites preuve d’écoute, de détermination et d’initiative, avec un réel esprit de collaboration et une aptitude à travailler en équipe et en réseau ;
  • Capacités organisationnelles et analytiques ;
  • Connaissance approfondie de l’informatique et de la pratique de l’art infirmier ;
  • Compétences communicatives, didactiques et pédagogiques ;
  • Ouverture vers des questions ayant trait aux enjeux de la diversité culturelle en milieu hospitalier ;
