Estamos em busca de um Analista Fiscal Júnior para integrar nossa equipe. O profissional será responsável por auxiliar nas atividades fiscais da empresa, garantindo o cumprimento das obrigações tributárias e contribuindo para a conformidade fiscal.

Responsabilidades:

Garantir o cumprimento das obrigações fiscais e tributárias federais, estaduais e municipais aplicáveis ao hospital;

Assegurar a escrituração fiscal correta de todas as notas fiscais de entradas e saídas;

Apurar tributos devidos (PIS, COFINS, ISS, IRPJ, CSLL, ICMS e demais) dentro dos prazos legais;

Elaborar e transmitir as obrigações exigidas pelos orgãos fiscalizadores;

Identificar oportunidades de recuperação de créditos tributários e redução legal da carga tributária;

Monitorar e interpretar atualizações na legislação fiscal, comunicando impactos a gestão;

Apoiar auditórias internas e externas, fornecendo documentação e esclarecimentos fiscais;

Manter os arquivos fiscais organizados e em conformidade com os prazos de guarda estabelecidos;

Controlar os prazos de entrega de todas as obrigações em calendário fiscal;

Elaborar e transmitir: SPED Fiscal (EFD, ICMS, IPI), EFD Contribuições, DCTF,REINF,EFD -Reinf;

Fornecer suporte técnico aos departamentos de compras, faturamento e contabilidade em questões fiscais;

Apoiar a implantação e melhoria de processos fiscais no ERP institucional;

Realizar demais atividades relacionadas ao setor, conforme necessidade.

Horário: de segunda a sexta-feira das 08:00h as 17:45h

Requisitos:

  • Formação em Ciências Contábeis, Administração, Direito, Economia ou áreas relacionadas.
  • Conhecimento em legislação fiscal.
  • Experiência prévia na área fiscal.
  • Capacidade de análise e atenção aos detalhes.
  • Boa comunicação e trabalho em equipe.
  • Desejável Direito Tributário ou Gestão Fiscal.
  • Excel avançado.
