Aqui, o time fiscal trabalha com rotina estruturada, conferência criteriosa e foco em execução com qualidade.

SUA MISSÃO

Executar as rotinas fiscais com organização, atenção aos detalhes e cumprimento rigoroso de prazos, garantindo a correta escrituração das notas fiscais e o fechamento das informações conforme cronograma interno.

PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Conferência de notas fiscais de serviço no sistema, incluindo verificação de retenções e geração de parcelas e integração contábil;
  • Importação de notas fiscais de serviço (prefeituras, incluindo São Paulo, e demais municípios);
  • Conferência de notas fiscais de produtos, assegurando correta classificação fiscal;
  • Realização do fechamento das prefeituras e da plataforma Sieg conforme cronograma (especialmente no dia 01 de cada mês);
  • Lançamento de notas fiscais de serviços;
  • Importação e conferência de notas fiscais de faturamento;
  • Fechamento da conta transitória, conciliando com relatório de recebimentos e extrato bancário.

O QUE BUSCAMOS

  • Formação em andamento ou concluída em Ciências Contábeis;
  • Experiência prévia com rotinas fiscais (nível júnior);
  • Conhecimento em escrituração de notas fiscais de serviço e produto;
  • Noções de retenções tributárias (ISS, INSS, IRRF, entre outros);
  • Perfil organizado, responsável e atento a prazos;
  • Facilidade para trabalhar com processos e sistemas;
  • Boa comunicação e trabalho em equipe;
  • Interesse em evoluir tecnicamente na área fiscal.

  • Vivência com importação de notas fiscais via prefeituras;
  • Experiência com plataformas como Sieg;
  • Experiência com conciliações fiscais ou contas transitórias.
