Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista de Recrutamento e Seleção para integrar nossa equipe de consultoria, atuando em projetos de recrutamento para empresas dos segmentos de Óleo & Gás, Offshore, Marítimo e Industrial.

Procuramos um(a) profissional com perfil consultivo, organizado(a), ágil e com excelente capacidade de relacionamento, que tenha experiência conduzindo processos seletivos de diferentes níveis e consiga atuar em um ambiente dinâmico, com múltiplas demandas simultâneas.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Conduzir processos completos de recrutamento e seleção (end-to-end);
  • Realizar alinhamento de perfil junto aos clientes;
  • Elaborar e divulgar vagas em diferentes plataformas;
  • Realizar hunting ativo de profissionais especializados;
  • Triar currículos e conduzir entrevistas por competências;
  • Aplicar metodologias de avaliação e elaborar pareceres técnicos;
  • Acompanhar candidatos durante todo o processo seletivo;
  • Realizar follow-up com clientes e candidatos;
  • Alimentar e manter atualizado o ATS e demais controles de recrutamento;
  • Apoiar na construção de estratégias de atração de talentos para posições técnicas, operacionais, administrativas e de liderança;
  • Elaborar indicadores e acompanhar métricas dos processos seletivos.

Requisitos

  • Ensino Superior completo em Psicologia, Administração, Gestão de RH ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência em recrutamento e seleção em consultorias de RH ou empresas de grande porte;
  • Vivência com recrutamento para o mercado de Óleo & Gás, Offshore, Marítimo ou Industrial;
  • Experiência com vagas operacionais, técnicas, administrativas e estratégicas;
  • Inglês avançado;
  • Domínio do Pacote Office;
  • Organização, senso de prioridade e capacidade de gerenciar múltiplos processos simultaneamente.
