Vi är en etablerad koncern inom elinstallation och elkraftstjänster, med kapacitet att leverera heltäckande och tekniskt avancerade lösningar för såväl industriella anläggningar som installationsprojekt inom nybyggnation, kontorsmiljöer och kommersiella fastigheter.

Vi har byggt en stabil och lönsam verksamhet med långsiktiga kundrelationer och gott renommé i marknaden. Nu står vi inför ett tydligt nästa steg: att växa snabbare, ta en ännu starkare position och skapa en mer sammanhållen och skalbar affär.

Ditt uppdrag – att lyfta koncernen till nästa nivå

Som VD har du det övergripande ansvaret för koncernens utveckling, resultat och strategiska riktning. Du arbetar nära ägare och styrelse, med ett tydligt mandat att driva förändring, tillväxt och lönsamhet.

Du kommer inte bara att leda, du kommer att bygga vidare, utveckla och utmana.

Du ansvarar för att:

· Skapa kraftfull tillväxt genom nya affärer, kunder och marknader

· Växla upp koncernens affärsmässighet och kommersiella fokus

· Bygga en tydlig, effektiv och skalbar struktur för sälj och marknad

· Säkerställa stark lönsamhet i både projekt och service

· Utveckla organisationen genom ett aktivt och närvarande ledarskap

· Sätta riktning, skapa tempo och följa upp med tydliga mål och KPI:er

· Identifiera och genomföra strategiska initiativ – inklusive expansion och förvärv

För dig som vill mer än att förvalta. Den här rollen passar dig som drivs av att utveckla affärer, bygga starka team och skapa konkreta resultat.

Du har en naturlig tyngd i ditt ledarskap och trivs i sammanhang där du får kombinera strategi med operativt genomförande.

Vi ser att du har:

· Erfarenhet från el, elkraft, installation eller närliggande teknisk verksamhet

· Dokumenterade resultat i att driva tillväxt och förbättra lönsamhet

· En stark kommersiell profil och ett tydligt affärsfokus

· Erfarenhet av att leda chefer och gärna arbete i en koncernstruktur

· Förståelse för projektbaserade affärer och dess ekonomiska logik

· Vana att arbeta målstyrt och datadrivet
