The posting

Desde la Universidad CEU San Pablo, buscamos incorporar a un/a Técnico/a de Comunicación que desempeñe las siguientes funciones y responsabilidades:

  • Colaborar en la definición de la estrategia y el plan de Comunicación de la Universidad, así como en la ejecución de campañas y proyectos estratégicos.
  • Crear, adaptar y difundir contenidos en distintos formatos (textos, fotografías, audiovisuales, infografías, diseños, presentaciones, banners, vídeos y otros entregables) para canales externos (notas de prensa, web, medios), internos (intranet, newsletters, comunicados, cartelería digital, pantallas, eventos, reuniones presenciales) y digitales (RRSS institucionales y post de la Rectora).
  • Gestionar y actualizar bases de datos relevantes, como la de periodistas, garantizando una comunicación eficaz con los medios.
  • Dar apoyo en la planificación, creación y coordinación de planes de comunicación para campañas y acciones institucionales, asegurando la correcta segmentación de públicos.
  • Colaborar en la comunicación y difusión de proyectos estratégicos y novedades institucionales a toda la organización.
  • Velar por la adecuada aplicación de la identidad visual corporativa y el tono de voz de la marca en todos los materiales de comunicación.
  • Participar en la organización, coordinación y ejecución de eventos corporativos, tanto internos como externos, proporcionando soporte operativo y comunicativo.
  • Realizar el reporting del departamento de Comunicación, evaluando y midiendo el impacto de las acciones desarrolladas.
  • Contribuir activamente a los proyectos transversales del equipo de Comunicación.

Formación eequerida:

  • Grado en Periodismo, Comunicación, Publicidad, Relaciones Públicas o similar
  • Valorable Máster en Comunicación corporativa, eventos o imagen de marca

Requisitos del perfil:

  • De tres a cinco años de experiencia en puestos similares
  • Excelentes habilidades de redacción y comunicación oral.
  • Buenos conocimientos de fotografía y diseño gráfico (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, Genially y otras herramientas).
  • Conocimientos de SharePoint o similar para gestión de contenidos de la intranet, herramientas de envío de correos (preferiblemente Dynamics) y realización de vídeos para cartelería digital (after effects y canva) para la gestión de contenidos de pantallas.
  • Uso de la IA como aliado para la elaboración de planes y piezas
