Será responsável por supervisionar as obras conforme planejamento, para que sejam executados dentro do prazo acordado, atendendo o orçamento, escopo, qualidade e garantindo a segurança das pessoas com a meta de zero acidentes.

  • Participar dos processos de estruturação das equipes realizando em conjunto com departamento de recursos humanos a seleção das equipes diretas e indiretas;
  • Delegar as atividades as equipes e monitorar os avanços através dos indicadores e controles de produção, segurança e qualidade;
  • Realizar reuniões com emissão de ATA e validação junto aos clientes e áreas internas, visando garantir o cumprimento das atividades conforme planejado;
  • Controlar as solicitações de alteração de escopo que ocorrerem por demanda do cliente ou por motivos não previsto no escopo contratado;
  • Realizar gestão de estoque de almoxarifado na obra através do controle dos materiais enviados, aplicados e de retorno a Logística;
  • Elaborar plano de ação junto a equipe de obras para os desvios ocorridos no cumprimento de prazo, SSMA e requisitos de qualidade;
  • Participar das atividades de segurança junto aos clientes e direcionar a equipe para atendimento aos prazos, custos e objetivos dos projetos;
  • Elaboração de memoriais descritivos para contratação de serviços, equipamentos e materiais;
  • Garantir a elaboração, atualização e aprovação de RDO, gestão a vista nas obras, cumprimento das campanhas de SSMA (obra e alojamentos) e atualização de cronograma;
  • Elaborar os boletins de medição e obter a aprovação junto ao cliente nos prazos e procedimentos definidos; Realizar a entrega formal da obra suportada pela emissão de relatório de entrega e aprovação formal do cliente.
