The posting

A Elementu Engenharia e Integração atua há mais de 20 anos na implantação e integração de soluções de infraestrutura para rodovias e sistemas inteligentes de transporte (ITS).

Atuamos em projetos de fibra óptica, telecomunicações, CFTV, iluminação, sistemas elétricos, PMV, pórticos, Free Flow, redes GPON, infraestrutura subterrânea e demais sistemas de tecnologia aplicados à infraestrutura rodoviária.

Buscamos um Supervisor de Obras para integrar nosso time de operações, atuando diretamente na gestão e acompanhamento das frentes de serviço em campo.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Supervisionar e acompanhar a execução das obras e serviços em campo, garantindo o cumprimento do projeto, escopo, cronograma e procedimentos da empresa;
  • Coordenar equipes próprias, terceiros e subcontratados durante a execução dos serviços;
  • Distribuir atividades, acompanhar produtividade e dimensionar recursos necessários para cada frente de trabalho;
  • Acompanhar serviços de implantação de infraestrutura para fibra óptica, CFTV, iluminação, telecomunicações, sistemas elétricos, ITS, PMV, pórticos, Free Flow e redes GPON;
  • Acompanhar execução de infraestrutura subterrânea, incluindo abertura de valas, implantação de dutos, caixas de passagem e travessias;
  • Supervisionar serviços executados por MND – Método Não Destrutivo / HDD, quando aplicável;
  • Acompanhar lançamento e instalação de cabos de fibra óptica e demais cabos de infraestrutura;
  • Supervisionar instalação de postes, estruturas metálicas, armários, equipamentos, câmeras, luminárias, painéis e demais elementos de infraestrutura;
  • Conferir os serviços executados em relação aos projetos, memoriais, especificações técnicas e Termos de Referência;
  • Realizar o acompanhamento diário da produtividade das equipes e evolução física das frentes de serviço;
  • Identificar desvios de prazo, produtividade, qualidade ou recursos e reportar à engenharia/gestão da obra;
  • Realizar interface com fiscais, supervisores e representantes das concessionárias;
  • Garantir que as atividades sejam executadas de acordo com os padrões de qualidade, segurança e meio ambiente estabelecidos;
  • Acompanhar a utilização adequada de ferramentas, equipamentos, veículos e materiais;
  • Controlar o recebimento, armazenamento e utilização dos materiais em campo;
  • Realizar conferência dos serviços para apoio à medição contratual;
  • Elaborar e/ou apoiar na elaboração de relatórios diários de obra, registros fotográficos e demais evidências de execução;
  • Garantir a organização das frentes de trabalho e a correta documentação das atividades executadas;
  • Apoiar o planejamento e a programação das atividades junto à equipe de engenharia;
  • Participar de reuniões de acompanhamento de obra;
  • Apoiar na identificação de interferências, dificuldades de execução e soluções técnicas em campo;
  • Garantir o cumprimento dos procedimentos de sinalização e segurança para execução de serviços em rodovias.

Requisitos

  • Ensino Técnico ou Superior em Engenharia, Eletrotécnica, Telecomunicações, Eletrônica, Civil ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência comprovada em supervisão de obras de infraestrutura;
  • Experiência com gestão de equipes de campo;
  • Conhecimento em leitura e interpretação de projetos técnicos;
  • Conhecimento em acompanhamento de cronogramas e produtividade;
  • Conhecimento em elaboração de relatórios e registros de obra;
  • Conhecimento de ferramentas do pacote Office, principalmente Excel e Word;
  • Disponibilidade para viagens e atuação em diferentes frentes de obra;
  • CNH categoria B

  • Conhecimento de normas técnicas e procedimentos de segurança para trabalhos em rodovias;
  • Experiência com sistemas de gestão de obras e/ou ERP.
