  • Strong email build skills, including reusable templates, content blocks, dynamic content and personalisation.
  • Deep understanding of email deliverability and authentication, including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, sending domain configuration and reputation management.
  • Demonstrated experience designing complex, trigger-based journeys and segments, with a strong grasp of Dataverse data structures and relationships.
  • Working knowledge of Customer Insights – Data, including unification, measures and segments, and how it powers Customer Insights – Journeys.
  • Experience implementing lead scoring and connecting marketing activity to Dynamics 365 Sales.
  • Experience implementing consent and preference frameworks, with sound knowledge of the Spam Act 2003 and the Australian Privacy Principles.
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements, and to work effectively with developers in Agile delivery, including Dynamics 365 solution and environment management.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
