  • betreust du als Finance Business Partner:in den Bereich Regionale Elektronische Medien mit unseren Radio-Sendern und den regionalen TV-Stationen und watson
  • stellst du Monatsabschlüsse, Forecast, Budget und Mittelfristplanung sowie ein entscheidungsorientiertes Management-Reporting in hoher Qualität sicher
  • analysierst du Geschäftsentwicklung und Werttreiber, erklärst Abweichungen gegenüber Plan und Forecast, machst Chancen und Risiken frühzeitig sichtbar und leitest daraus Handlungsempfehlungen ab
  • unterstützt du die Steuerung der Medienaktivitäten auf Stufe Geschäftsfeld und Gesellschaft und erstellst Finanzberichte von der Deckungsbeitragsrechnung bis zu Erfolgsrechnung, Bilanz und Geldflussrechnung
  • erarbeitest du Szenarien und Sensitivitäten und begleitest Businesspläne, Investitionen sowie Transformations- und M&A-Themen finanzwirtschaftlich, fundiert und kritisch hinterfragend
  • bist du für das zuständige Mitglied der Unternehmensleitung zentrale Ansprechperson und kritischer Sparringpartner auf Augenhöhe in betriebswirtschaftlichen Themen
  • vereinfachst und automatisierst du Reports, Dashboards und Prozesse und setzt BI, Advanced Analytics und KI gezielt ein
  • du mehrjährige Erfahrung im Controlling- und/oder Finanzbereich nachweisen kannst. Berufserfahrung im Medienbereich ist dabei ein Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend
  • du fundierte Kenntnisse in Kostenrechnung, Deckungsbeitragsrechnung, Planung und Forecasting sowie in der Analyse von Einzelgesellschaften (Erfolgsrechnung, Bilanz, Geldflussrechnung) hast
  • du hervorragende analytische Fähigkeiten und ein ausgeprägtes Geschäftsverständnis besitzt, komplexe Zusammenhänge schnell erfasst und daraus belastbare Schlüsse ziehst
  • du die digitale Transformation aktiv mitgestalten willst, sicher mit Excel, ERP-Systemen (SAP S/4HANA) und BI-Tools umgehst, gerne mit KI-Unterstützung arbeitest und Verständnis für Datenmodelle, und Automatisierung mitbringst
  • du proaktiv, lösungsorientiert und mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch arbeitest und Prozesse kontinuierlich weiterentwickelst
  • du adressatengerecht kommunizierst, als Sparringpartner sicher auftrittst und dich in Deutsch perfekt verständigen kannst
  • du ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine gleichwertige Weiterbildung mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen/Controlling mitbringst und bereit bist, neben deinem primären Arbeitsort in Aarau auch in Zürich zu arbeiten
