The posting

  • führst und coachst du ein regionales Verkaufsteam und entwickelst dieses kontinuierlich weiter
  • betreust du ein eigenes Kundenportfolio und treibst die Kundenentwicklung sowie die Neukundengewinnung im Aargau und Limmattal voran

  • verantwortest du Forecast und Verkaufscontrolling und stellst gemeinsam mit deinem Team die Erreichung der Umsatz- und Verkaufsziele sicher
  • koordinierst du regionale Verkaufsaktionen und sorgst für eine konsequente Marktbearbeitung und Umsetzung der Verkaufsprozesse
  • arbeitest du mit Salesforce, stellst eine hohe Datenqualität sicher und bringst Marktfeedback in die Zusammenarbeit mit der Leitung Anzeigenverkauf und dem Product Management ein
  • du mehrjährige Erfahrung im Verkauf mitbringst und dich durch eine ausgeprägte Kunden- und Abschlussorientierung auszeichnest
  • du Erfahrung in der Führung und Entwicklung von Mitarbeitenden hast und dein Team klar, motivierend und zielorientiert führst
  • du Kundenportfolios und Verkaufsaktivitäten strukturiert steuerst und sowohl Kundenentwicklung als auch Neukundengewinnung vorantreibst
  • du Zahlen nicht nur liest, sondern daraus konkrete Massnahmen ableitest, vom Forecast bis zur Analyse der Verkaufsperformance
  • du den Aargau und oder die Region Affoltern Limmattal kennst, mit den Bedürfnissen von KMU vertraut bist und idealerweise über ein aktives Netzwerk in diesen Regionen verfügst.
  • du eine abgeschlossene Aus- oder Weiterbildung im Bereich Verkauf, Marketing, Wirtschaft oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich vorweisen kannst
