SOBRE EL PUESTO

SAKIRA busca gerentes de producción para dirigir las operaciones de costura en el turno de 15:00 a 23:00. El objetivo es maximizar la productividad y la eficiencia operativa, cumplir con los estándares de calidad, los objetivos de producción y las fechas de entrega comprometidas, y mantener un entorno de trabajo seguro enfocado en la mejora continua.

Buscamos una persona con dotes de liderazgo transformacional que impulse un alto rendimiento del equipo, optimice los recursos materiales y humanos, y garantice la escalabilidad de los procesos de producción en respuesta a la demanda del mercado.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Planificación y ejecución del plan de producción: supervisar la ejecución diaria del plan de costura, garantizando un flujo continuo de materiales, el equilibrio de la línea de producción y la eliminación proactiva de cuellos de botella para cumplir con los plazos de entrega.
  • Gestión de la calidad: garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas técnicas en cada operación de costura mediante auditorías frecuentes, retroalimentación y acciones correctivas inmediatas para minimizar el retrabajo y el desperdicio.
  • Gestión de personal: liderar, motivar y desarrollar al equipo de operaciones (supervisores de costura y personal de producción), gestionando la curva de aprendizaje, el clima laboral, los planes de sucesión y la reducción de la rotación de personal.
  • Mejora continua: proponer optimizaciones constantes utilizando metodologías de Lean Manufacturing (5S, Kaizen), reduciendo el tiempo de inactividad y los costos operativos.
  • Cumplimiento normativo: garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad industrial, higiene, salud laboral y medio ambiente, promoviendo una cultura de prevención de riesgos y autocuidado.
  • Gestión de indicadores: supervisar y analizar diariamente los KPI operativos (eficiencia, calidad, absentismo) y elaborar informes de rendimiento para apoyar la toma de decisiones por parte de la Dirección de Planta.

Requisitos

Educación

  • Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Textil o campos relacionados.

Experiencia

  • Mínimo de 5 a 7 años de experiencia en puestos de gestión o supervisión en fábricas de costura, manufactura textil o entornos de producción con alta rotación de personal.

Conocimientos técnicos

  • Conocimiento profundo de los procesos de fabricación de prendas de vestir.
  • Sistemas de control de producción.
  • Metodologías de producción ajustada (Lean Manufacturing).
  • Análisis de datos.
  • Dominio avanzado de herramientas de gestión de inventario.
  • Microsoft Excel.
