Job Summary

Manage site supervision and coordination to ensure timely, safe, and cost-effective completion of building construction projects, focusing on HDB BTO developments.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and coordinate site inspections with RTO/RE to ensure compliance and project readiness
  • Supervise site activities, coordinating schedules, safety protocols, construction costs, and technical matters to maintain project standards
  • Brief workers and subcontractors on work methods to ensure clarity and adherence to project requirements
  • Monitor subcontractors’ daily operations to track progress and optimize performance toward project milestones
  • Prepare and manage material schedules, overseeing ordering and delivery to maintain workflow continuity
  • Verify subcontractor claims to ensure accuracy and prevent cost discrepancies
  • Resolve technical issues collaboratively with consultants to maintain project quality and timelines
  • Establish and implement detailed work schedules, monitoring progress to meet project deadlines

Required competencies and certifications

  • Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Construction-related field
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HDB BTO projects within the building construction industry
