Role Overview:

We are seeking a Sales Business Consultant (an Individual Contributor) with a strong background in IT software development services to help us optimize our sales funnel and build processes. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the IT industry and a proven track record in sales consulting.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for our IT services and software development offerings.

  • Proven experience as a Sales Business Consultant/ Sales Manager/ Business Development Manager or similar role in the IT services & software development industry.
  • Thorough understanding of sales and negotiation techniques.
  • Fast learner and passion for sales.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Aptitude in creating reports and delivering attractive presentations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Should have understanding of software development lifecycle.
  • Should have understanding of technology services and solutions.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

  • Support from the technical team for understanding Technical aspects of client requirements.
  • Will get support in assessing client requirements and project estimation.
