Drive Online Growth Through Website & E-Commerce Excellence

Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to support website management, digital content updates, and online performance optimization. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in website operations, Shopify, and GA4 who are looking to grow their career in e-commerce and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update website content to ensure information is accurate, relevant, and up to date.
  • Coordinate website enhancement projects, including user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure optimal user experience and functionality.
  • Monitor website performance metrics, including traffic, customer journeys, conversion rates, and checkout completion rates.
  • Utilize Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and cookie tracking tools to analyse customer behaviour and identify opportunities for website optimization.
  • Conduct regular website audits and maintain documentation for website updates and processes.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to coordinate website requests, changes, and improvements.
  • Support e-commerce platform updates, product launches, promotional campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in driving online and offline sales through effective execution of e-commerce activities.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, Digital Media, or a related discipline.
  • Prior experience in website management, e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
  • Good understanding of website analytics, cookie tracking, customer behaviour analysis, and conversion optimization.
  • Experience in website content management, updates, and performance monitoring.
  • Strong attention to detail with good communication and coordination skills
  • Proactive, hands-on, and able to work independently in a collaborative environment.
