The posting

Role Overview

We are looking for an E-Commerce Executive to support our day-to-day online business operations and marketing activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and manage the company's marketplace seller account.
  • Upload and maintain product listings, descriptions, prices, images, and stock quantities.
  • Research competitor pricing and identify commercially attractive products.
  • Calculate expected contribution profit before launching products.
  • Manage orders, customer messages, returns, cancellations, and marketplace promotions.
  • Coordinate picking, packing, and dispatch with the warehouse.
  • Produce a weekly sales and profitability report.
  • Identify which products should be repriced, replenished, bundled, or discontinued.

Requirement:

  • Approximately 1–3 years of hands-on e-commerce or marketplace experience.
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
  • Comfortable working with product specifications, SKU codes, and inventory.
  • Commercially minded, organised, and willing to perform operational work.
  • Able to create basic product photos and short videos using a smartphone.

Good to have:

  • A gamer, or good knowledge of video games, consoles and collectibles.
  • Experience with Shopify, TikTok Shop or a multichannel inventory tool.
  • Basic photo or video editing (Canva, CapCut, Lightroom).
  • Experience selling pre-owned or graded goods.
