A Check Commerce é um ecossistema de comércio digital, especialista na plataforma Shopify. Estamos ampliando nosso Escritório de Projetos e buscamos um(a) Gerente de Projetos para conduzir projetos de clientes e internos, do kickoff ao Go Live.

Você vai ser o ponto de referência entre cliente, time técnico e PMO: vai planejar, acompanhar prazos e escopo, conduzir reuniões e garantir que cada entrega seja reconhecida e documentada, seguindo a metodologia do nosso PMO.

Suas principais responsabilidades

Início do projeto

  • Receber o repasse comercial e garantir que o escopo esteja de acordo com a proposta/contrato.
  • Formalizar o início do projeto com o Termo de Abertura.
  • Definir as fases do projeto (pré-projeto, planejamento, execução e encerramento).
  • Montar o roadmap com base na Declaração de Escopo e na EAP.
  • Garantir que o time e as partes interessadas entendam o escopo.

Planejamento e execução

  • Planejar e replanejar o projeto conforme o levantamento de requisitos e o escopo, garantindo o Go Live.
  • Acompanhar as tarefas e garantir o cumprimento dos prazos.
  • Agendar, confirmar e conduzir reuniões com clientes e times internos.
  • Registrar notas de reunião e produzir a documentação do projeto prevista pelo PMO.
  • Elaborar o status report semanal.
  • Responder às dúvidas dos clientes pela FullComm ou por e-mail.
  • Organizar os documentos na área do cliente da Plataforma Check e no Confluence do projeto.

Entregas e encerramento

  • Formalizar o aceite das entregas com o Termo de Aceite.
  • Encerrar o projeto com o Termo de Encerramento, compartilhado com as partes interessadas.

Governança

  • Seguir o processo de implantação de projetos definido pelo PMO.
  • Submeter os documentos do projeto à homologação do PMO antes de enviá-los às demais partes.
