Na Check Commerce, nós não fazemos vendas transacionais. Atuamos com um modelo de vendas consultivas de alto valor, com um ticket médio de R$ 90.000 (ARR), lidando diretamente com tomadores de decisão (C-Level, Diretores, Gestores e Financeiro).

Buscamos um profissional engajado e com boa capacidade analítica para não apenas prospectar, mas nos ajudar a estruturar e tracionar o nosso processo comercial do zero. Você será uma peça fundamental na nossa operação, trabalhando lado a lado com os executivos para validar e escalar nosso modelo de vendas.

Responsabilidades

Você terá acesso a um tech stack robusto (CRM Próprio, Apollo, Storeleads, Gemini, WhatsApp Business) para conduzir as seguintes frentes:

  • Inteligência de Mercado: Operar o Store Leads e o Apollo para extrair contas-alvo (ICP) e mapear os decisores.
  • Prospecção Personalizada: Utilizar IA (Gemini) para apoiar a criação de abordagens personalizadas (E-mail, LinkedIn, WhatsApp) voltadas para executivos de alto nível.
  • Qualificação: Atender leads Inbound com agilidade (SLA de resposta ágil) e conduzir discovery calls consultivas. A meta de referência é gerar em torno de 30 reuniões qualificadas (SQLs) por mês.
  • Apoio em Processos (Sales Ops): Ajudar o time a melhorar o funil no nosso CRM, colaborando na criação de playbooks de vendas e matrizes de objeções.

Requisitos

  • Experiência Comprovada: Histórico atuando como SDR/BDR em vendas B2B (ter atuado com Enterprise ou Mid-Market é um diferencial).
  • Faro Comercial (Gatekeeper): Capacidade de diferenciar curiosos de oportunidades reais, sabendo quando desqualificar leads fora do perfil para otimizar o tempo dos nossos Executivos de Contas (Closers).
  • Afinidade Tecnológica: Facilidade com ferramentas digitais, conhecimento prático das métricas básicas de prospecção (Open Rate, Reply Rate, etc.) e interesse em usar Inteligência Artificial no dia a dia.
  • Autonomia e Organização: Boa capacidade de gestão de tempo, comunicação escrita/verbal impecável e proatividade para sugerir melhorias no processo.

Diferenciais

  • Conhecimento prévio de e-commerce ou do ecossistema Shopify.
  • Já ter usado Apollo.io ou outras ferramentas de cadência na prática.
  • Ter ajudado a montar ou melhorar processos comerciais e playbooks em experiências anteriores.
