定位 这是一个连接市场与销售的售前线索开发岗位。 主要承接来自官网、小程序、品牌社媒账号、展会及广告投放等渠道触达回流的潜在客户，通过电话、企业微信等方式进一步了解客户需求、判断意向并持续跟进，将符合条件的有效商机完整交接给销售推进。 相比单纯追求拨打数量，我们更看重你能否把客户需求问清楚、把意向判断准确、把潜在线索持续养熟，让每一条线索都有明确结果。 岗位职责 1. 线索整理与分级 整理潜在客户线索，根据线索来源、客户需求、意向程度和跟进阶段进行分类和明确的标签化管理，制定相应的触达及跟进节奏，并及时更新记录。 2. 客户触达与需求挖掘 通过电话、企业微信等方式联系企业客户，完成产品的基础介绍，了解客户所在行业、应用场景、当前问题、项目阶段及采购计划，初步判断需求真实性和产品适配度。 3. 客户培育与持续跟进 根据客户需求发送产品资料、演示视频、应用案例及活动信息，解答基础问题；对暂时没有明确计划但具备潜在需求的客户持续维护，并适时重新激活。 4. 有效线索转交与协同 对符合标准的客户补充完整需求信息，推动预约产品演示、场景沟通或销售对接；跟踪销售承接状态，对暂未推进或阶段性搁置的线索重新进入孵化流程。 5. 数据复盘与策略优化 建立并持续完善线索标签体系与客户画像；定期分析不同渠道、客群及跟进阶段的数据，识别高潜客户特征、核心购买动机与转化或流失原因，将一线沟通信息沉淀为明确、可执行的业务结论，帮助优化前端内容规划，及后端销售沟通重点和跟进策略。 任职要求 1. 具备 1—3 年电话销售、线索开发、客户运营或售前客服相关经验； 2. 电话沟通能力强，具备良好的倾听、提问和表达能力，能够从客户的模糊描述中识别真实需求； 3. 较强的产品学习能力，对机器人行业有基础认知，熟悉智能制造及企业客户应用场景； 4. 目标感和持续跟进意识强，能够承受一定的电话沟通及结果压力； 5. 工作细致、有条理，能够及时、完整地记录客户信息和跟进结果； 6. 能完成基础的数据整理与复盘，有 CRM 或营销自动化工具使用经验者优先。 加分项 - 有工业机器人、配送机器人、自动化、智能制造、仓储物流或企业级软件相关经验； - 熟悉制造业客户的需求沟通、采购角色及项目决策流程； - 有通过招投标、企业采购等平台主动寻找和开发客户的经验； - 有从潜在线索识别、持续培育到预约演示或转交销售的完整实践。
