Deine Aufgaben

  • Du führst ein funktionsübergreifendes Team von 4–6 Softwareentwickler:innen und stellst deren Weiterentwicklung sicher, sowohl disziplinarisch als auch fachlich
  • Du und dein Team tragen zur Weiterentwicklung mehrerer Kernbereiche unserer Software bei. Je nach Situation nimmst du verschiedene Rollen ein: Coach, Motivator oder Sparringspartner
  • Du bist weiterhin selbst hands-on tätig, entwickelst aktiv mit und trägst durch Code-Reviews zu hoher Qualität bei
  • Sei der Coach für die Teammitglieder, führe 1:1-Gespräche und Feedbackgespräche
  • Unterstütze die persönliche und berufliche Entwicklung einzelner Entwickler:innen
  • Fördere die Teamkultur und den Zusammenhalt durch Teamevents und andere Maßnahmen
  • Stelle neue Teammitglieder ein und stimme die Bedürfnisse deines Teams mit dem Engineering Manager ab

Dein Profil

  • Fundierte Engineering-Erfahrung
  • Universitätsabschluss in Informatik, Ingenieurwesen oder Ähnlichem
  • 5+ Jahre praktische Entwicklungserfahrung in Python, C++/Rust ist ein Plus
  • Du hast bereits Erfahrung in der Führung/Leitung eines Teams, inkl. Hiring, 1:1-Gesprächen, Feedback geben, Teambau und der pünktlichen Lieferung von qualitativ hochwertigem Code
  • Du entwickelst nach wie vor gerne Code, möchtest aber darüber hinaus einen größeren Einfluss haben, indem du dein Team formst
  • Du siehst dich selbst für die Ergebnisse deines Teams verantwortlich
  • Du hast positive Energie und bist ein motivierender Geist
  • Du blühst in internationalen Umfeldern auf und sprichst fließend Englisch. Fließendes Deutsch ist ein starkes Plus
  • Du hast eine produktorientierte Denkweise und möchtest ein großartiges Produkt für unsere Nutzer bauen
  • Um in unsere Remote-Kultur zu passen, hast du starke schriftliche Fähigkeiten und bist in der Lage, Arbeit auf asynchrone Weise zu organisieren
