Werde Teil unseres internationalen Produktteams und arbeite direkt an Checkmk, einer führenden IT-Monitoring-Lösung, die weltweit von IT Professionals genutzt wird. In dieser Rolle arbeitest du Seite an Seite mit unserem Senior-Team, um echte Herausforderungen in einem komplexen Markt zu lösen.

Wir verlangen keine Berufserfahrung – nur eine ausgeprägte Affinität zu Technologie und die Fähigkeit, technische Konzepte schnell zu begreifen.

Deine Aufgaben

Du übernimmst Verantwortung für konkrete Projekte, die unsere Roadmap und Strategie direkt beeinflussen, zum Beispiel:

  • Wettbewerbsanalyse: Du recherchierst und analysierst die Strategien unserer Wettbewerber (z. B. Datadog, Dynatrace, Nagios), um uns dabei zu helfen, unsere Positionierung zu schärfen.
  • User Research: Du nimmst an Interviews mit IT-Administratoren und DevOps-Ingenieuren teil, um deren Probleme („Pain Points“) zu verstehen und neue Ideen zu validieren.
  • Produktanalyse & PLG: Du analysierst Nutzerflüsse, um Reibungspunkte zu identifizieren und schlägst konkrete „Product-Led Growth“-Initiativen zur Verbesserung der User Experience vor.
  • Marktanalyse: Du recherchierst Trends in den Bereichen Observability, Cloud-Monitoring und Hybrid-IT, um neue Marktchancen für uns zu identifizieren.
  • Content-Support: Du hilfst dabei, komplexe technische Features in klare Wertversprechen für unsere Website, interne Dokumentationen und Vertriebsmaterialien zu übersetzen.

Dein Profil

  • Technik-Affinität: Du musst kein Entwickler sein, aber du solltest eine Faszination dafür haben, wie Software funktioniert. Themen wie Kubernetes, Server-Monitoring oder Cloud-Infrastruktur wecken deine Neugier.
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe: Du kannst komplexe technische Informationen rasch aufnehmen und einfach erklären.
  • Analytische Denkweise: Es macht dir Spaß, Daten oder qualitatives Feedback in klare Muster und Erkenntnisse zu übersetzen.
  • Kommunikationsstärke: Ausgezeichnete schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch (Deutsch ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss für die Arbeit im internationalen Team).
  • Studentenstatus: Du bist aktuell an einer Hochschule eingeschrieben (BWL, Informatik, Ingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar) und für [20] Stunden pro Woche verfügbar.
