  • Develop and manage reseller, distributor, and channel-partner relationships, including performance expectations, territory planning, and partner enablement.
  • Maintain the product line pipeline and translate market opportunities into actionable growth plans and forecasts.
  • Prepare annual budgets, revenue forecasts, pricing recommendations, business cases, and executive performance reports.
  • Monitor product-line performance using financial, commercial, customer, and market metrics; recommend corrective actions when results vary from plan.
  • Develop recurring-revenue opportunities through training, maintenance, support, upgrades, and related service offerings.
  • Ensure product plans account for customer requirements, cybersecurity expectations, applicable regulations, export considerations, documentation needs, and lifecycle support.
  • Coordinate proposal strategy, product messaging, customer presentations, and technical inputs needed to pursue qualified opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain product-line policies, standard operating practices, sales tools, pricing guidance, and performance dashboards.
  • Represent the MicroSearch business line in internal planning, customer, reseller, and executive-review meetings.
  • Demonstrated leadership, excellent oral and written communication skills, sound financial judgment, a commitment to Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and Affirmative Action principles, and the ability to meet deadlines and perform under pressure in an uncertain environment.
  • Directly supervise the Project Engineer and Regional Sales Manager. Direct the performance of part time and consultant personnel.
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Experience engaging government, commercial, or international customers and channel partners.
  • Strong financial, commercial, analytical, negotiation, and executive communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer relationship management, forecasting, or business intelligence tools.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
