Управление производственными процессами на линии; Взаимодействие с технической командой для достижения максимальной эффективности. Обеспечивает реализацию улучшений и развитие Бережливого производства на линии; Ведение сменной производственной отчетности. Требования: Средне-специальное или высшее образование; Опыт работы не менее 2-х лет на производственных предприятиях конвейерного типа; Опыт управления командой от 8 человек; Знание технологии производства, правил и норм охраны труда и окружающей среды, пожарной безопасности и действий в аварийных ситуациях; Умение быстро адаптироваться к изменяющейся ситуации и принимать решения в условиях неопределенности; Базовые технические навыки; Коммуникабельность и умение работать в команде; Навыки ремонта оборудования как преимущество.
