Ты будешь: Обеспечивать соблюдение норм и правил безопасности и охраны труда в своей смене на производственной линии; Организовывать и контролировать все работы по: выпуску продукта на производственной линии прямыми подчиненными; достижению ключевых показателей производительности с соблюдением утвержденных затрат; выполнению плана производства продукции; Составлять отчётность за смену на вверенном участке работ (сменное задание, выполнение плана, контрольные листы и т.д.) Управлять и контролировать все сменные производственные показатели линии; Возглавлять совещания на линии, чтобы достичь запланированных ключевых показателей производственной линии и отвечать за отчет по выполнению плана и достижению основных ключевых показателей; Организовывать проведение различных тестов, проводимых на производственной линии, координировать работу смены; Выполнять поручения непосредственного руководителя, связанные с осуществлением своих трудовых функций Обеспечивать соблюдение норм и правил охраны труда, промышленной и пожарной безопасности всеми работниками смены; Обеспечивать выпуск продукта на производственной линии согласно стандартам качества, соблюдая правила GМР, НАССР, техники безопасности. Вести учёт отработанных часов сотрудниками смены производственной линии; Осуществлять обучение прямых подчиненных новым знаниям и навыкам; Принимать активное участие в мероприятиях по плановому обслуживанию и ремонту производственной линии.
